Using vivoPHIX™ to stabilise bacteria from carnivorous plants in the jungle

vivoPHIX has many applications – wherever your research may take you. 

 Here are some photos from a recent project in South East Asia, where we were collecting bacteria from carnivorous plants. It can be difficult to get the required permits for collecting and transporting samples – whether it be bacteria, seeds or plants. 

To help, we stabilised the bacteria samples using vivoPHIX for storage and transport – maintaining cell morpology. Take a look at some of these photos from the trip:
